Free Delivery?

We offer Free delivery for orders of value equal to and above AED 300 for the Emirate of Dubai. Any other order below this amount will be charged a standard delivery fee of AED 30.

For delivery to other Emirates, please get in touch with us in advance to arrange for the delivery on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Timelines?

Our standard delivery time for general orders is under 1.5 hours. However, if the order is customizable, requires some additions or certain designs, specific rare flowers, or arrangement, then the delivery time will be discussed with you directly.

It is imperative to provide accurate phone number, address, appartment/office number, and name of the recipient to ensure smooth and satisfactory delivery experience. We shall not hold any responsibilities for wrong delivery details.

Delivery During Peak Times and Holidays?

We do strive to deliver the best experience to you. However, with the increased traffic these days, we may face some delays in reaching you if the delivery time is in rush hour or peak time.

We may work reduced hours during public holidays and Eid breaks; but we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cash on Delivery?

Why not? Yes, we do offer cash on delivery!

We also accept payments on our website through credit cards and debit cards.

For corporate orders, we can provide you with a payment link or our bank account details for direct debit.
