Downtown and Business Bay sit either side of the same canal and we treat them as one run. Hotels, apartments, offices and restaurant tables — most orders arrive in about 45 minutes, free, with no minimum order.

  • Same-day: yes, every day. We are open 10:00 AM to midnight, seven days a week.

Hotels, restaurants and timing

A large share of Downtown orders are not going to a home. Three things we have learned:

  • Hotels: give the guest name and, if you have it, the room or booking reference. Most Downtown hotels will not release a room number, so the flowers go to the concierge with the guest name on the card.
  • Restaurants: tell us the booking name and the time of the reservation, and set the delivery slot for shortly before it. Handing flowers to a restaurant an hour early usually works better than arriving mid-service.
  • Boulevard traffic: the roads around Dubai Mall and the fountain tighten badly in the evening, especially at weekends. If the moment is fixed, set an earlier slot rather than the latest possible one.

Choosing the time

On every product page, above the Add to Cart button, you can pick a delivery date and time slot and add the recipient’s name and phone number. Downtown is the area where the slot earns its keep — use it.

A gift card is included

Every order carries a luxury gift card with your message printed on it, free. Write it in the gift message box in your cart and we print it before the order leaves the shop.

Questions

Is delivery to Downtown Dubai really free?
Yes. Free across all of Dubai with no minimum order — a single rose is delivered on the same terms as a large arrangement.

Can you deliver to a hotel room in Downtown?
To the hotel, yes. The concierge takes it and passes it up with the gift card. Give us the guest name exactly as it appears on the booking.

Do you deliver to DIFC?
Yes, on the same free 45-minute terms. For DIFC offices, the company name helps more than the floor number.

Can I collect instead?
Yes, from our shop at Shop S08, R05, France Cluster, International City, Dubai. Collection saves you 10% with the code PICKUP10 and the order is ready in about five minutes.
