Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Flowers on the Way we deliver fresh flowers and premium gifts across Dubai and the UAE with speed, accuracy and care.
1. Delivery rates and times
- Dubai: free delivery, no minimum order. Delivered within 45 minutes.
- Sharjah: AED 50. Delivered within 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Ajman: AED 60. Delivered within 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah: AED 85. Delivered within 2 hours.
- Abu Dhabi and Al Ain: AED 100. Delivered within 2 hours.
Your exact delivery fee is confirmed at checkout once you enter the delivery address. Delivery times run from the moment your order is confirmed and apply to standard arrangements during our opening hours, daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
2. Same-day and scheduled delivery
Every order is delivered the same day. You can have it sent immediately, or choose a delivery date and time slot on the product page before you add the item to your cart.
3. Collection from our shop
You are welcome to collect your order from our shop at Shop S08, R05, France Cluster, International City, Dubai. Collection saves you 10% with the code PICKUP10, and your order is usually ready in about 5 minutes.
4. Custom and large orders
Custom flower arrangements, rare blooms and special add-ons such as bespoke cakes or balloon sets may need extra preparation time. We confirm the timing with you directly before dispatch.
5. Delivery details
To ensure a flawless delivery, please provide complete recipient details, including a phone or WhatsApp number and a precise drop-off location. If the address is incorrect or the recipient cannot be reached, a re-delivery fee may apply.
