JLT is eighty-odd towers arranged in lettered clusters around four lakes, and it is the address where getting the details right matters most. Most JLT orders arrive in about 45 minutes — free, with no minimum order.

  • Delivery time: about 45 minutes from the moment your order is confirmed.
  • Same-day: yes, every day. We are open 10:00 AM to midnight, seven days a week.
  • Minimum order: none.

If your tower is not on that list it is still covered — free, and about 45 minutes.

Give us the cluster letter

This is the single most useful thing you can add to a JLT order. Each cluster holds three towers, several towers share a name pattern, and the cluster letter is what tells a driver which of the four lakes to head for. An address that reads “Tower 2, JLT” can mean a dozen different buildings; “Cluster F, Tower 2” means one.

  • The cluster letter and the tower name, plus the apartment or office number.
  • A working phone or WhatsApp number — most JLT towers hold deliveries at reception and the driver will call up.
  • For an office, the company name helps more than the floor.

Sending to an office

A good share of JLT orders go to desks rather than homes — a colleague’s birthday, a thank-you, a new job. Office deliveries work best inside working hours, so if the flowers are for a workplace, set a slot before the end of the day rather than leaving it open.

Choosing the time

On every product page, above the Add to Cart button, you can pick a delivery date and time slot and add the recipient’s name and phone number. Use it when the moment has to be exact. Leave it alone and we send it as soon as it is ready.

A gift card is included

Questions

Is delivery to JLT really free?
Yes. Free across all of Dubai with no minimum order — a single rose is delivered on the same terms as a large arrangement.

I do not know the cluster letter. Can you still deliver?
Usually yes, if we have the tower name and a reachable number. It just takes longer, so the letter is worth a message to find out.
