Our Freshness Promise: Fresh Flowers in Dubai
Fresh flowers are the whole job, so here is exactly what we do to keep them fresh, and what we do if something is not right.
How we keep flowers fresh
- Hand-selected at dawn from our suppliers, with no cold storage.
- Prepared at our own flower shop in International City, Dubai, not in a warehouse.
- Delivered by our own drivers in about 45 minutes across Dubai, so your flowers are not passed through a courier network.
If something is not right
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos and your order number on WhatsApp (+971 4 235 5010) or by email to info@flowersontheway.com. Once we have checked, we send a fresh replacement or give a full or partial refund.

Want to see the arrangement before it goes out? Ask us on WhatsApp when you order and we will send you a photo of it before dispatch.
Making flowers last longer
- Trim the stems at an angle and put them in clean water as soon as they arrive.
- Keep them away from direct sun and heat.
- Change the water every day or two.
Good to know
Fresh flowers are perishable, so once an order has been delivered correctly we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Full terms are in our refund policy and delivery policy.
