How to Choose a Flower Shop in Dubai

Search for the best flower shop in Dubai and you get a list of paid results and directory pages, none of which tell you what actually separates one florist from another here. This is the honest version — the questions worth asking before you order anywhere, including from us.

1. Is it a real shop, or a website?

A large number of Dubai “florists” are order pages that forward your order to whichever supplier is free. That is why the bouquet sometimes arrives looking nothing like the photograph, and why nobody can fix it once it has gone wrong.

Look for a physical address and a phone number that a person answers. We arrange everything in our own shop in Dubai, with our own drivers.

2. What does delivery actually cost?

“Free delivery” in this city usually means free above a spend threshold, or free only to a shortlist of areas, or free but not on the same day. Read the condition, not the banner.

Ours: free across all of Dubai, no minimum order, about 45 minutes, no express fee and no late-night surcharge. Full terms on the free delivery page.

3. How late do they close?

Most Dubai flower shops stop taking deliveries in the early evening. Emergencies do not. If you have ever needed flowers at 10 PM you already know how short the list gets — we deliver until midnight, seven days a week.

4. Are the prices the final prices?

Check what appears at checkout: delivery, service fee, VAT, card charge. On this site the price on the product is what you pay, and cash on delivery is available.

5. Do they need the exact address?

Any florist who cannot deliver without a full building name and apartment number has never tried to help someone send a surprise. Area plus a mobile number should be enough — the driver calls when he is close.

6. What do the reviews say about problems, not praise?

Every shop has good reviews. The useful ones are the negative reviews and what the shop did about them — that is the only real signal of what happens when something goes wrong with your order.

7. Can they do the whole gift?

If you need flowers, a cake and balloons, three suppliers means three arrivals at three different times. Ours go out together — see flowers and cake and flowers and balloons.
