Christmas Flower Delivery in Dubai: Book Early, Pick a Time Slot, Send to Home or Office

On a normal day, an order with us reaches anywhere in Dubai in about 45 minutes. Christmas is busier: many people order for the same two days, and many want the same few hours. Almost every problem with a Christmas delivery can be avoided with ten minutes of planning, and you can do that planning now.

This is the practical guide: when to order, which time slot to pick, home or office, what to do if you do not have the address, and what happens if nobody answers the door.

Christmas 2026: Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th

Christmas Eve is a Thursday and Christmas Day is a Friday. Christmas Day is not a public holiday in the UAE, so many people are at work, but Friday is a shorter working day for many offices. If the flowers are going to a workplace, choose the morning or early afternoon, or send them on Thursday. If they are going to a home, the evening of the 24th and the whole of the 25th both work.

Order early and pick your time slot

You do not have to wait until December. On every product page there is a delivery date and time picker above Add to Cart. Choose the arrangement from our Christmas flowers collection, choose 24 or 25 December (or another date), choose a slot, and the order is booked.

  • Delivery hours: every day from 10 AM to midnight.
  • Booked slots come first. On the busiest days we work through pre-booked orders before same-day ones.
  • Same-day orders still go out. If you order on the day itself, it will be delivered that day, but the 45-minute promise of a normal day becomes harder to keep, and you may not get the hour you want.

In short: if the hour matters, book it ahead.

Which time slot to choose

  • Morning: the flowers start the day and are enjoyed all day. Good for home deliveries and a Christmas breakfast.
  • Afternoon: the safest window for an office. Flowers that arrive late in the evening often spend the night on an empty desk.
  • Evening: the classic choice for a family dinner. Make sure the slot is before the guests sit down, not halfway through the meal.
  • Late night: we deliver until midnight, which suits a surprise for someone finishing a late shift.

Sending from abroad? Choose the slot in Dubai time, not your own.

Office or home?

Office or hotel delivery

Give us the building name, the company or hotel name and the floor or room. Receptions accept deliveries during working hours, so the flowers wait there until the recipient comes down. Choose a box rather than a bouquet: an office will not have a vase, and a box needs none. The Winter Sparkle Mini (AED 150) and the Winterberry Elegance Box (AED 220) both sit neatly on a desk.

Home delivery

Home is where a wrapped bouquet makes most sense, because there is a vase and someone to put the flowers in water. The Holiday Cheer Bouquet (AED 175) and the Winter Wonderland Rose (AED 215) are good examples. For a host or a family table, the Majestic Gold Arrangement (AED 385) works as a centrepiece.

Not sure which one? Our guide to Christmas flowers in Dubai 2026 lists all twelve arrangements with what is in each.

Sending flowers without knowing the address

You do not need a full address to send flowers in Dubai. The area and a mobile number that will be answered is usually enough; the driver calls when he is close. If it is a surprise and you cannot ask for their number, give us your own number and say in the order notes that it is a surprise, so the driver calls you instead. The details, including hotels and offices, are in do you need the recipient's address to send flowers in Dubai.

What if the recipient is not home?

  • Give a number that will be answered. The driver calls when he is close. A switched-off phone is the easiest way to miss a delivery.
  • Add a fallback in the order notes. "Leave with building security", "leave with reception" or "call me if no answer" saves time on a busy day.
  • If nobody answers, the driver will call you. Keep your own phone nearby around the delivery time.
  • Do not ask for flowers to be left at a door unattended. Flowers need water and shade; a hallway for hours is not kind to them.

Delivering outside Dubai

We deliver to every emirate on the same day for a fixed fee: Sharjah AED 50, Ajman AED 60, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah AED 85, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain AED 100. These are long drives on a busy day, so book them early. Inside Dubai, delivery is free on orders from AED 60 and AED 25 below. Full details are on our delivery page.

Christmas message card ideas

Every order comes with a free printed gift message card. Write the message in the cart. If you are stuck, here are eight to start from:

  1. "Merry Christmas. Thank you for everything this year."
  2. "Wishing you a warm, bright and peaceful holiday."
  3. "Far from home, but never far from you. Merry Christmas."
  4. "You make every season feel like a celebration."
  5. "Thank you for being the best part of my year."
  6. "To the team that made this year work: Merry Christmas."
  7. "Here is a little winter to brighten your table."
  8. "Happy holidays. See you soon."

Want to stay anonymous? Leave your name off the card and we will not add it.
