Valentine's Day Flower Delivery in Dubai: Order Early, Pick Your Time Slot, Avoid the Rush

On a normal day, an order with us reaches anywhere in Dubai in about 45 minutes. Valentine's Day is not a normal day. Everyone wants the same date, and most people want the same few hours of it. The good news is that almost every Valentine's delivery problem can be avoided with ten minutes of planning, and you can do that planning now.

This is the practical guide: when to order, which time slot to pick, office or home, what to do if you do not have the address, and what happens if nobody answers the door.

Valentine's Day 2027 is a Sunday

14 February 2027 falls on a Sunday, which is a weekend day for many offices in the UAE. Before you send anything to a workplace, check that the recipient will actually be there. If the office is the point, Friday 12 February is the last working day before Valentine's for many people. If they will be at home, Sunday is ideal: no rush, and someone is in to receive it.

Order early and pick your time slot

You do not have to wait until February. On every product page there is a delivery date and time picker above Add to Cart. Choose the arrangement, choose 14 February (or another date), choose a slot, and the order is booked.

  • Delivery hours: every day from 10 AM to midnight, including 14 February.
  • Booked slots come first. On Valentine's Day we work through pre-booked orders before same-day ones.
  • Same-day orders still go out. If you order on the 14th itself, it will be delivered that day, but the 45-minute promise of a normal day becomes harder to keep, and you may not get the hour you want.

In short: if the hour matters, book it ahead.

Which time slot to choose

  • Morning: the flowers start the day and are enjoyed all day. Good for home deliveries.
  • Afternoon: the safest window for an office on a working day. Flowers that arrive late in the evening often spend the night on an empty desk.
  • Evening: the classic choice for dinner at home. Make sure the slot is before you sit down, not halfway through the meal.
  • Late night: we deliver until midnight, which suits a surprise for someone finishing a late shift.

Sending from abroad? Choose the slot in Dubai time, not your own.

Office or home?

Office delivery

Give us the building name, the company name and the floor. Receptions accept deliveries during working hours, so the flowers wait there until the recipient comes down. Choose a box rather than a bouquet: an office will not have a vase, and a box needs none. The Golden Heart (AED 105) and the Blush Romance Rose Box (AED 180) both sit neatly on a desk.

Home delivery

Home is where a wrapped bouquet makes most sense, because there is a vase and someone to put the flowers in water. The Scarlet Love Affair bouquet (AED 140) of red roses and eucalyptus in black wrapping is a good example. Home is also where add-ons shine: a Bloom Valentine Set with roses and a teddy (AED 160), a box of Artisan Belgian Chocolate (AED 80) or a Sweet Love Chocolate Mini Bento Cake (AED 90), all in the same delivery.

Sending flowers without knowing the address

You do not need a full address to send flowers in Dubai. The area and a mobile number that will be answered is usually enough; the driver calls when he is close. If it is a surprise and you cannot ask for their number, give us your own number and say in the order notes that it is a surprise, so the driver calls you instead. The details, including hotels and offices, are in do you need the recipient's address to send flowers in Dubai.

What if the recipient is not home?

A missed handover is the most avoidable Valentine's problem, and most of it can be prevented at checkout.

  • Give a number that will be answered. The driver calls when he is close. A switched-off phone is the easiest way to miss a delivery.
  • Add a fallback in the order notes. "Leave with building security", "leave with reception" or "call me if no answer" saves time on a busy day.
  • If nobody answers, the driver will call you. Keep your own phone nearby around the delivery time.
  • Do not ask for flowers to be left at a door unattended. Flowers need water and shade; a hallway for hours is not kind to them.

Delivering outside Dubai

We deliver to every emirate on the same day for a fixed fee: Sharjah AED 50, Ajman AED 60, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah AED 85, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain AED 100. These are long drives on a busy day, so book them early. Inside Dubai, delivery is free on orders from AED 60 and AED 25 below. Full details are on our delivery page.

Message card ideas

Every order comes with a free printed gift message card. Write the message in the cart. If you are stuck, here are eight to start from:

  1. "Every day with you is my favourite day. Happy Valentine's."
  2. "Still choosing you. Always will."
  3. "You make Dubai feel like home."
  4. "For the person who makes ordinary days feel special."
  5. "One rose for every reason I love you. I ran out of roses."
  6. "Thank you for laughing at my jokes, even the bad ones."
  7. "Some things are worth saying out loud. I love you."
  8. "Dinner is on me tonight. The flowers were just the start."

Want to stay anonymous? Leave your name off the card and we will not add it.
