Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flowers on the Way, we are committed to delivering the freshest and highest quality floral arrangements, cakes, and chocolates.

1. Cancellations:

You may cancel your order for a full refund provided the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched with our delivery driver. Please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp at 042355010 for urgent cancellation requests.

2. Returns & Refunds:

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, food items, and customized gifts, all sales are final once delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for fresh floral products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos of the item along with your order number to info@flowersontheway.com or via WhatsApp. Upon verification, we will gladly send a fresh replacement or issue a full/partial refund.
