Flowers and Balloons Delivery in Dubai

Flowers and balloons together is the standard Dubai birthday and surprise delivery, and it is also the one most often split across two shops and two delivery windows. Ours arrive in the same car, at the same time, from our own Dubai shop.

How to order both in one delivery

Pick the flowers first, then add balloons on the same order. There is no separate checkout and no second delivery fee — delivery inside Dubai is free either way, with no minimum order.

Start with a bouquet or a box from Signature Bouquets or Birthday Flowers & Gifts, then open Celebration Balloons and add what you need.

Letter balloons spell the name

The full A to Z is available as gold letter balloons at AED 60 each, so you can spell a first name, initials, or a short word like LOVE. Three to five letters is the practical limit — past that they are difficult to carry and difficult to photograph.

Number balloons work the same way for an age or an anniversary year.

How many balloons is right

More is not better. A few points from doing this most days:

  • Office or reception delivery: keep it to two or three. Anything bigger becomes the recipient’s problem for the rest of the working day.
  • Car surprise: a large bundle will block the mirror. Two or three, weighted.
  • Home or restaurant table: this is where a full set earns its place — name letters plus a few plain ones.
  • Hospital: check first. Many wards do not allow latex balloons at all, and a new mother leaving hospital genuinely cannot carry them.

Add a cake to the same delivery

Timing the surprise

Delivery inside Dubai is free and takes about 45 minutes, from 10 AM to midnight, seven days a week. You can pick a time slot at checkout if the surprise depends on it — a birthday dinner, someone finishing work, or the moment they get home.

Balloons are filled just before they leave the shop. Helium balloons float well through the evening; if the delivery is for the next morning, order in the morning rather than the night before.

Delivery outside Dubai

Same day to the other emirates: Sharjah AED 50, Ajman AED 60, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah AED 85, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain AED 100. Balloons travel fine on those routes. The full table is on our delivery page.
