Order Cancelation and Return

Because we strive to deliver all orders in the same day of receiving the order, it is highly unlikely that the order can be canceled as it would have been dispatched already. You can still check with us at +971 (0)56 454 6357, and we can cancel your order in case it’s not yet dispatched. Canceled orders will be refunded with a store credit or an online gift voucher of the same amount which can be used for hassle-free shopping at any time.

We could provide you with a refund if you canceled your order within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the delivery day. We would issue you a voucher equal to 100% of the order value if you canceled the order before the flowers have left our shop for delivery. 

We know however this may not be convenient, so even after the delivery takes place, if you are not satisfied with your flowers, we will issue you a voucher of 50% of the order value. Shoot us an email on info@flowersontheway.com for further support.

The total time for processing your refund or cancelation request shall not take more than 5 working days form the date of receiving the request. If we refund you by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by you. Time required for the refund to be reflected in your statement is subject to your bank.
